On the banks of the Kiel Canal, every Artica vehicle is built in-house: sandwich cells produced in our own press, a dedicated joinery, and 42 inspection stations before handover.
What began in 1992 with two shipbuilding engineers is now a manufactory of 340 people — without sacrificing industrial-grade quality.

Every cell is tested in our own climate chamber — from the 45 mm sandwich wall to the heated double-floor construction. That is why our vehicles carry the “Winterfit” seal as standard.
